In these classes designed especially for followers the class will focus on:

Super technique for pivot, ochos and giros and all the exercise you can do at home

•Adornments (useful adornments, Rhythmic adornments and some fancy adornments)

			Mayumi's Followers' Technique Workshop 4 Weeks Series in San Francisco Feb 2 - 23 2012
			Date: Every Thursday from Feb 2 - 23 (2/2, 2/9, 2/17, 2/23) Time: 7:30 – 9:00pm Location: Studio 204 3435 Cesar Chavez #204, SF Price: Drop in $15, 4 weeks $50 Dancers at all levels are welcome. Please bring your high-heels as well as dance sneakers or socks. Wear comfortable clothing. This is a series classes and each week I will cover different topics using the previous themes. I would encourage to sign up for the whole series for a comprehensive understanding but you can also drop in.
